Yes. ShelfSpace lets you mix assigned seats. Some members can have a reserved desk while others pick from an open pool — all managed from the same seat map.
How does the multi-shift system work for revenue?
You can assign the same physical seat to different members across different shifts. A morning member and an evening member share one desk — so you effectively double the revenue from a single seat.
Can I track partial fee payments?
Yes. You can record partial payments and ShelfSpace will track the remaining balance. The dues report shows exactly what each member still owes, with the original amount and what was paid.
How do renewal reminders get sent?
ShelfSpace monitors subscription end dates and queues automatic alerts to members before they expire — reducing manual WhatsApp follow-up from your staff significantly.
What happens when a staff member marks attendance vs QR scan?
Both are recorded with a source tag. Admins can see whether a check-in was staff-marked from the desk or a self-check via QR scan. This helps track attendance accuracy and prevents manipulation.
